Take a step back, this is a weekend to focus on YOU. Through the practices of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, i'll guide you home to you, where all the good stuff is.
This will be a heart-centred weekend, focusing on your innermost truth; a perfect place to deepen your yoga practice, reconnect with your beautiful soul, and set your intentions for what you wish to manifest.
Over the weekend you can expect to explore different types of yoga, meditation and breathing exercises that help us work with our struggles and stresses. Learning ways we can apply these techniques to our daily lives to find everyday peace + joy + calm.
Through these practices, I’ll help you develop tools that can help you to be more mindful of your body, while learning to appreciate and love this wonderful ‘machine’ we live in. Prepare for a weekend spent breathing, moving and smiling on the inside.
THE POWER OF RETREATS
So maybe right now you’re asking yourself,
‘Why go on a retreat?’
My answer is, because in our busy lives, we don’t often have time to step back and look at the big picture.
It’s pretty rare to stop and just take the time to move our bodies mindfully and really get to soak up our yoga practice.
In this retreat, we’ll be taking time for ourselves. For our happiness and for developing a more mindful life.
To understand how our bodies work and how we can start to create shifts once we really pay attention to our body and mind.
This is something we don’t take time to do, because we’re so busy … by signing up for this retreat, you’re saying that it’s important to take time out for yourself, to work on these issues and to find a better path, a more healing path.
You’re saying that you’re important enough to find the time to work on this.
I’m SO excited to invite you to join me in one of my favourite places in the world, working on things that have changed my life completely and that I hope will change yours as well!

You might have some questions … here are a few answers:
Q: Who is this retreat for?
A: It’s for someone who is open to practicing yoga + mindfulness.
Someone who is willing to STOP and just breathe.
Someone who is ready to honour and embrace their body.
Someone who is willing to put in the work for better habits and a transformed life.
Q: Is transport or accommodation included?
A: Transport is not included, you’ll need to make your own way to Govinda Valley.
Accommodation for the two nights are included in the price. You'll be staying in accommodation with other participants, with a maximum of 4 people per room. All bedding is included.
Q: Where is Govinda Valley?
A: The Govinda Valley Retreat Centre, is nestled amongst 20 acres of bushland in sleepy Otford, just south of the Royal National Park. One hour south of Sydney.
A stunning location between mountains, boarded by a beautiful creek and national parks with the ocean just a few minutes drive away.
A peaceful and pristine place to relax, unwind and disconnect.

Q: What if I don’t like vegetarian food?
A: I’d suggest bringing an open and flexible mind to the retreat, and the food we’ll be eating is pretty delicious, plus it’s included in the cost.
Q: I've never done any yoga before/ i'm not very flexible!
A: No previous yoga experience is necessary, i've you've got some then great - if not, no dramas!
A flexible body is not needed for the weekend, I just ask that you bring with you a flexible mind.
Q: Can I stay in the same room as my friend?
A: Sure! In this case, just be sure to mention this in email to me.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: No refunds after August 31, 2018. If you purchase a spot, you’re preventing others from buying them, as spots are limited.
If you don’t ask for a refund by August 31, you’ll lose your fee if you can’t make it.
If you ask for a refund before August 31, I'll refund the cost, minus your $120 deposit.
